Orders placed on working days are usually shipped the same day with GLS.

We ship with FedEx if an order needs to be delivered outside the EU.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your ordered Keecie product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. We will ensure that you get the money back for your purchase. You must pay the costs for returning yourself.

 

You can return your Keecie product, provided it is undamaged and unused, to the address below, stating your name and your bank account number (IBAN) .

As soon as we have received your Keecie product return, we will refund the amount of your order will be refunded to your bank account. 

Exchange
It is of course also possible to exchange your order for a different color or another item. On the return card with your order you can indicate what you want to exchange the item for. You pay the costs for returning yourself, but we will send the exchange to you free of charge.

Leather sample
If you would like to see the leather for your order in real life first and feel, then that is of course possible. Send us an email with your address and the color and name of the product and we will send you a leather sample for free.
